Lovemate Customs turns the things people almost throw away — a scribbled note, a child's first drawing, a photo saved on a phone — into keepsakes stitched in red thread on natural cotton canvas, made to be kept for a lifetime.
Why we started
Something small, made permanent
A handwritten note fades. A phone gets lost or replaced. But a piece of red thread pulled carefully through cotton canvas, tracing the exact shape of someone's handwriting or the outline of a favourite photo, doesn't disappear when a device dies.
That idea is the whole business: we take something personal and small, and we make it permanent.
The craft
How each keepsake is made
Every order starts with what you send: a photo of a handwritten note, a child's drawing, a photograph, or a signature. We look closely at it, confirm it will translate well onto canvas, and then stitch it by hand in red thread, one piece at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis.
It's a slow, deliberate process — not a print, not a machine job — which is why no two pieces come out exactly the same, and why each one carries a little of its own character.

Who's behind it
Lovemate Customs is operated by ZAK General Trading LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates. Every piece is reviewed personally before it's stitched, and every order is handled directly — no call centre, no outsourcing, just one person reading your message and making your keepsake.
