This page explains what personal data Lovemate Customs collects, why, and what your rights are. It is meant to be plain and short.
Who is responsible
Lovemate Customs is a sole proprietorship operated by ZAK General Trading LLC, based in United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for any personal data processed on this site or in the course of an order.

What I collect
I collect only what I need to make and ship your order:
- The photo or scan of the note you'd like stitched, sent to me via Instagram DM or email.
- Your name, shipping address, and email address, collected by Stripe at checkout and forwarded to me to fulfil the order.
- If you choose cash on delivery: your name, phone number, delivery address, and (if you give one) email address, entered on this website and stored in our order records so we can confirm and deliver your order.
- Any messages you send me through Instagram or email.
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies.
Why I collect it
The legal basis is the performance of our contract under the UAE Federal Act on Data Protection.
Who else sees your data
To run the business I rely on these processors:
- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your name, email, shipping address, and payment details.
- Meta (Instagram): when you DM me, your message and photo are stored on Meta's servers under their terms.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.
How long I keep your data
- Photos of your note: kept while the order is in progress and for a short period after delivery in case there is a problem with the order.
- Instagram messages: stored on Meta's servers according to their retention rules.
